Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These terms govern the relationship between FFGR — Fédération Française de la Grande Remise (SIRET 924671902), FFGR China division ("FFGR China"), and its clients for all luxury transport, concierge and associated services in Greater China.

2. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings are confirmed in writing (email or WhatsApp) by FFGR China. A booking is firm upon receipt of written confirmation. FFGR China reserves the right to decline any request without providing justification.

3. Pricing & Payment

Pricing is communicated by quotation, in euros (EUR) or the agreed currency. Payment is due according to the terms on the accepted quotation. FFGR China may require a deposit for extended or high-value engagements.

4. Cancellation

Cancellations must be notified in writing. Cancellation conditions are specified in each quotation. Absent specific terms: free cancellation up to 24h before service; 50% of fee between 24h and 6h; 100% of fee for cancellations within 6h or no-shows.

5. Client Obligations

The client undertakes to provide accurate booking information, to observe agreed schedules, and to comply with applicable laws in the PRC, Hong Kong and Macao. FFGR China cannot be held liable for consequences arising from failure to observe these obligations.

6. Liability & Insurance

FFGR China holds international-grade professional liability and commercial vehicle insurance (Lloyd's of London). FFGR China's liability is limited to the amount of the service in question, except in cases of gross or intentional fault.

7. Confidentiality

FFGR China is committed to absolute discretion regarding the identity, itineraries and personal information of its clients. This confidentiality obligation applies to all FFGR China staff and service providers, bound by non-disclosure agreements.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
